Housing :  Extruded aluminium housing (heat sink) for efficient thermal management, sturdiness & excellent corrosion resistance. Pressure diecast aluminium housing for control gear. PG 7 gland is used for cable entry for maintaining ingress protection.

Finish : Control Gear housing is epoxy powder coated black after phosphochromate treatment whereas heat sink is anodised in black finish.

Light source : High efficiency long life COB LED with Ra>70 and lumen efficacy of 120 lm/W with view angle of 120° to ensure better uniformity of light distribution.

Optics : Aluminium spun reflector sand blasted from inside and electrochemically brightened. Glass lens over COB for uniform distribution

Electronic driver : Powered by an In-built, electronic driver with APFC, lower THD, Open Circuit Protection, Surge Voltage Protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13.

Mounting : Suspended by means of heavy duty nickel plated, forged eye-bolt provided with the fixture. Nut is also provided in the casting to lock the eye-bolt.
